Artist:  Willie "Chill Will" Hill aka "Cowboy"
 
Born:  Spartanburg, South Carolina
 
Music Career:   Began at the age of 15, First Professional gig with Soul Brother #1 James Brown, in South Carolina.  Career really expanded in the late 1970's with Bobby Womack, Barry White, the Spinners and other artists including Midnight Starr, Dr. John, Stylistics, Taj Mahal and Haron Melvin and the Blue Notes.
 
Positions in Music:  Arranger, Producer, Artist, Songwriter and Muscian
 
Other Important Places Performed:   Osaka, Japan; Nagoya, Japan; Anchorage, Alaska;  Honolulu, Hawaii
 
Written and produced his own album entitiled "Let There Be Love", "Now Better Than Ever."  "Much More Music is My Endeavor"  "Where Do We Go From Here", You Are My World", and  Now That We Parted",  as well as composed country music.
 
Willie passed on August 6, 2007.  He will be Dearly Missed.  We miss you and Love you.  Your brothers and friends.
